Why do you provide coaching?
I had to learn so many painful and costly lessons the hard way. I love to help people learn from both my successes and failures. It’s gratifying and I truly enjoy sharing my experience as business owner and organization leader.
Which three words best describe your business life?
Warrior. Strategist. Leader.
What kind of music do you listen to?
Well that depends on the time of day. Throughout the day, my playlists include opera, atmospheric, R & B, Rock-N-Roll, and all-things old school.

What do you attribute your success to?
I have a killer work-ethic. I also have excellent mentors, co-workers, and a great family. Perhaps most importantly, I have a lot of favor for God.
What’s the one app that you cannot live without? Why?
Two actually. Pandora and AudioBooks. If I am not listening to one, I’m enjoying the other.
What are some of the highlights of your business?
We have been fortunate enough to have several significant milestones. Some that come to mind are landing global accounts such as Lilly, Ford, and Walmart. Other highlights include growing from regional to national and then from national to international.
